What a beautiful morning here at Greenwood Indiana Farmers Market .

This morning I have lots of herbs and native plants.

Hard to find herbs- Lions Ear and Moringa.

Lions Ear is highly valued for attracting pollinators and their deep history in traditional folk medicine. Very pungent as a tea and kinda of tastes like Tylenol. This plant contains compounds for pain relief and relaxation.

Moringa known as the "miracle tree" for its exceptional nutritional and medicinal properties, with nearly every part being usable. Its leaves, pods, seeds, and flowers are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, used in food (like curries and smoothies) and traditional medicine for issues ranging from inflammation to high blood pressure. Leaves are packed with Vitamin C, calcium, iron, and protein.
