Dr. Jeremy Gagan, Community Health Network emergency medicine physician, recently shared on WTHR-TV just how dangerous this trend can be. Taking high doses of Benadryl can cause severe drowsiness, confusion, dangerous heart rhythm issues and even life-threatening complications.
