It’s Friday, who’s Thirst? I love this cocktail that can easily be a mocktail too! As the temps are warming and I’m dreaming of summer, a mojito is my jam! Give this one a shot and let me know what you think

Are YOU eating enough?! Did you know your body can tell you the answer?!?

Your body knows YOU and knows when something may be wrong.

Red flags that your metabolism is or has completely stopped bc it’s not getting enough food🚩:
👉Bad quality of sleep
👉Negative attitude
👉Low energy
👉Stalled results
👉Not feeling hungry

Listen to your body when it tells you something is wrong, you have it FOR LIFE! 🙌
