Unfortunately for her, too much great unseen blooper footage exists.
Most people see the speaker, strategist, CEO, and leader. We get to see the moments in between too... the retakes, the random laughs in the middle of long days, the determination to get something exactly right, and somehow still having energy to celebrate everyone else’s wins louder than her own.
That’s probably one of the biggest things about Sonya. She pushes people to grow because she genuinely believes in what people are capable of. And she absolutely refuses to let the celebratory bell go unrung.

Bailor Celebrated 5 Years in business on Friday, May 1st at their Huntsville, AL headquarters. The event kicked off with a red carpet backdrop, photo ops, then into a ceremony opened by Lisa Davis Mays, CEO of The Catalyst Center for Business & Entrepreneurship. Founder & CEO, Sonya Bailor had the honor of presenting the first five Founding BAILOR Certified™ Coaches (Melissa Chavez, Sonia Simmons Robinson, Jessica Barnes, Rachel Brown Matthews, and Ron Casto) with their awards in front of the crowd. What followed was the finale of the ceremony... the official ribbon cutting by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber commemorating this milestone and the office expansion.
The BAILOR offices were opened up for tours following the ceremony & champagne toast. BAILOR unveiled a fully redesigned headquarters with the expansion, designed by Rachel Brown.
