It was nice to pay my old stamping grounds a visit! had recently relocated and grown since I’ve been here, which, oddly and coincidentally enough, is much like what my current CrossFit gym did. 😁 I did a brutal Murph prep workout.

I decided to spend the last weekend of the year at Huntsville AL! Ehh… I always seem to do these mini-vacations during the grayest weather…
