This week Keystone Property Inspections went back out for a "FREE" Follow-Up Inspection to make sure the repairs that the buyer requested, were actually finished. A few items were still sitting there untouched like they were waiting on someone to get back from lunch break.

The buyer ended up getting a $5,000 credit at closing due to the repairs that were not finished from the original request for repairs list. Follow up Inspections aren't Extra; They are Essential and FREE!
