Romans 12:2
"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."
The ReEntry Accountability Program (REAP), also known as “Reap What You Sow,” is a purpose-driven initiative dedicated to helping formerly incarcerated individuals successfully transition back into society. Built on the principle that personal choices shape future outcomes, REAP empowers participants to take ownership of their lives and cultivate positive change—planting seeds of accountability, growth, and resilience.
Through structured mentorship, life skills training, workforce development, housing assistance, and mental health support, REAP guides returning citizens along a path of stability and self-sufficiency. At the heart of the program is the belief that when individuals are given the tools, support, and opportunity to sow good decisions, they can truly reap a better future.
REAP partners with local organizations, employers, and community leaders to create a support network that reinforces the values of responsibility, transformation, and second chances. Our mission is to reduce recidivism and rebuild lives—one choice, one step, one harvest at a time.
