Tender Loving Crested Rescue™ (TLCR) is an all-volunteer 501c3 charitable organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of abused, abandoned and neglected Chinese Cresteds. We are currently a private family rescue, operating in the Houston, Texas area. We are limited to just the Houston and surrounding areas at this time but will help with other areas any way we can!

Hey hey, meet Chip and Dale! They will be making their debut at our adoption meet and greet at Gimmie A Bark in Friendswood this weekend! (We know they aren't Chinese Cresteds but they're adorable and they needed help. They don't have to be adopted together)
