I'm here to tell you that you are doing great. Whatever you are doing is the best and the best is all you can do. Itβs okay if you ate that pizza and is also okay if you had a salad. Itβs okay if worked out today, but itβs also okay if you rather watch Netflix and relax drinking a cup of hot chocolate. Itβs very easy to judge ourselves and feel bad for not doing what we are supposed to be doing. We set our own goals, scrolling doing Instagram and looking at other people reaching goals that you want to reach is not bad, what is bad is beating yourself up for not archiving the same results at the same time.
Each person has a different path, listen to your body and take the time to do things because you want to do them, not because society expects you to do them.
I want to motivate you to do your best, and to tell you that you can do everything you set you mind to.
