Haynes pioneered her first floral shop at 9548 Richmond Ave in 1994, where heavy traffic was available to view the shop. Providing many good arrangements, Bobbie made many great connections and built friendships with popular churches, corporations such as Budweiser, Metro Traffic Control, and radio station Magic 102.1's Chilly Bill and Candy, where Houston Discount Flowers was advertised heavily.
