TS grind actually started from making cold brew coffee mixed w protein, before it was "cool" Hurricane Harvey hit and we lost it. But we switched to food. I think its time time to get back to the OG TS Grind.
I hate coffee but drank the crap out of this.
I love a good drink. I love good food.
Starting 2026 on point! When you realize you can eat good food, healthy and not feel guilty!
We have been getting meals out for 4+ years and with over 25 years experience in the health and fitness industry, we love good food...and we want to be healthy and active.
Not to mention, we are doing our best to keep the SAME price as we started 4yrs ago! And we all know how costs have changed.
You know dang well, your grocery bill from now is NOT what it use to be. Our profit margin shrinks each year.
So why do I do it.
I get meals for my peeps. And, I find peace and relaxation prepping meals knowing someone is deciding to "eat healthy" and hopefully join a healthier lifestyle.
One person at a time.
So with that, thank you to everyone who has tossed a meal in the microwave. We appreciate you.
