Our Strength, Stretch, and Stunt class put in major work this week focusing on the mechanics behind explosive basket tosses! 🚀
See the progression:
1️⃣ Weight Drills: Building that essential lower-body power and shoulder strength. 🏋️♂️
2️⃣ Stunt Drills: Perfecting the timing, tight shapes, and synchronization on the ground. 🤸♀️
3️⃣ The Result: ... wait until you see the height on this basket! 🤯✈️
Big baskets don't just happen. They are built on technique, trust, and serious conditioning. Proud of these athletes for putting in the reps! 👏

⏰ Session Times
• 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Ages 11 and under
• 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Ages 12 and up
💰 Pricing Options
• Single Session: $25 per clinic
• Full Summer Package: $100 for all 5 clinics (Save $25!)
