The grind is tough. The patience is harder. But when the reward comes? You smile like you earned it.

If people treated mental health the same way they treat cancer……people suffering in silence with mental health wouldn’t feel so alone.
There’s a different level of pain when your brain is literally eating you alive. No one sees or feels this pain but you. Youre literally stuck and trapped in your own body.
It’s like being locked in a box and watching yourself from a trapped door. Thats why they say “they showed no signs”. Trust me they showed all the signs but people around them were either in denial or thought it was a “phase” that would go away. Smh.
We’ve lost too many people to mental health. Whether they did it to themselves or others. It doesnt excuse bad behavior but if you see someone who needs help mentally. Help them. Get them help. A therapist, phychiatrist, group counceling, emotional support. Whatever it is. Mental Health is real and left untreated it destroys.
Every time I see Men talking the dumbest stuff, I feel like it is my mission in life to humble them and to shut them the F up😂😂😂
For my ladies 28 and over……are your b***s supposed be getting bigger once you’re getting closer to 30? Feel like I’ve just hit puberty again lol
Why do broke men have this eternal fear of being used for money they literally beg God for daily. Just broke and delusional. Baby you have bigger issues than a woman trying to “use” you for money😭😂🤷🏽♀️
