Day 1: ”Outpicturing” – Today, Tuesday, August 12 at 9 a.m. PDT / 12 p.m. EDT.
Day 2: ”Life, Love, and the Mystical” – Wednesday, August 13 at 9 a.m. PDT / 12 p.m. EDT
Duration: The livestream will last approximately 1 hour each day.

To prepare for the short (25-30 minute) immersive meditations:

Choose a quiet place, free from distraction.
Be prepared to sit for the duration of each meditation.
Wear comfortable clothes and have your eye shade ready.

7:30 am meditation at the park and brunch at Empire Cafe! Today was my first day back to yoga at tge Y. I’m not sure I was quite ready but I didn’t push it and I didn’t hurt myself! I am a certified yoga instructor so I do know how to do modifications so I am confident! However, my yoga instructor did advise that I not push it any further by doing weights and cardio today so I will be taking it easy the rest of the day. If anyone wants to take it easy with me, let me know. I’m hoping for movies and board games and anything else!🔥💥❤️‍🩹
