3 months later and I am still attempting to grasp my new normal. Like, I lost a whole human I carried and created for 9 months and watched grow up into a fine young man.. A heart of gold and loved by so many, he touched so many lives and inspired many.. I am so lucky to have had the privilege to be your Mom. Even though I accept your fate I am still in disbelief that you are gone, but I promise that I will make you proud. Until we see each other again son.. This type of loss changes a person... Pray for my strength because I am barely holding on by a thread and with his birthday being next month, 25, I definitely don't want it to break. Rest in paradise my Lulu...
