Client preferences are such an important part of the professional organizing process 👔 Organizers provide guidance and suggestions, but there’s no absolute rule of order when it comes to personal belongings - and that’s what makes each client project unique and fun 🩵 Some people prefer to keep their shoes and ties in the original boxes instead of using clear boxes or a hanging tie organizer. That’s perfectly ok 👔 Others want everything visible, while some clients prefer everything behind a cabinet door or in a drawer. The goal is always a happy and organized client 💙

As the school year wraps up and summer plans are in full swing, keep the Foundation in mind during closet clean outs👗This organization accepts new and “like-new” gowns appropriate for Prom, year-round.

You can drop off gowns at Bammel Church of Christ, located at 2700 Cypress Creek Parkway in Houston OR at any Houston-area Tide Dry Cleaners (they do not accept wedding dresses or casual dresses). 👗

Motivation looks different to each of us when it comes to organizing 🩵 Some of us like a quick sprint reset session to clear surfaces, put away clothes and shoes, eliminate expired items 💜 But a steady approach to organizing is also a win 🩷and allows you to focus on your priority areas as you have time and mental energy 🩵

I love identifying a decorative anchor piece for surfaces that invite clutter, like bookcases, desktops and kitchen counters. By incorporating your favorite vase, floral arrangement or bowl (not empty but with its own decorative accents), you eliminate spaces for stacks of paper and random loose items to accumulate. And you have a pretty surface to enjoy 💙💙💙
