Train insane or remain the same. Depending on who you’re talking to that means so many things. In this case, I’ve decided to forgo traditional weight training and go for flow of movement. Steel mace training is great for increasing shoulder flexibility, range of motion, and helps you find the weak spots throughout your body.

DIY Workout platform

Build a workout platform at home @ for less than 50$.

Materials:

•Commercial grade high density polypropylene cutting board. Found on Amazon for 24.99.
•4 PVC bushings. I found these at Home Depot for 2.58.
•Rubber caps for furniture. Four pack for around $2.89.
•Gorilla Super Glue. (Not pictured)




This project took roughly 20 mins total to put together. To ensure all the glue adhered I used 10 lbs weights and let it sit over night.

•The platform is great to use with resistance bands. Stay tuned to see how to exercise using the platform.
