Today we’re celebrating our March work anniversaries and the A-Team members who continue to grow with Arion. From one year to eight years, each milestone reflects the dedication and teamwork that drive our success.

A special congratulations to Danny Anderson and Kathryn Schoer on five years, Ryan Crowley on six years, and Michele McNichol and Edmund Lunde on eight years with Arion. Thank you for the commitment and expertise you bring to our team every day.

To everyone celebrating a milestone this month, we appreciate all that you do. Here’s to many more years of success together.

This , we’re looking back at last week when our A-Teamers, Drew Schiller and Vivien Micheloni, attended the MTS Houston Sporting Clays Tournament alongside Ryan Miller (Oxy), Taylor Mitchell (Oxy), and Elizabeth Bowlin (Oxy).

Hosted by the Marine Technology Society (MTS) Houston Section, this annual event brings industry professionals together for a great day of networking and friendly competition.

A special shoutout to Elizabeth Bowlin for finishing first among the women on the Red Course and earning overall runner-up in the women’s category. Congratulations as well to our very own Vivien Micheloni for placing second among the women on the Red Course. Great work and kudos to both of you!

We’ve asked members of the A-Team to share their perspectives on leadership, expertise, and growth. This week’s insight comes from Jacob Loupe, Manager of our Delivery Systems & Innovation Team, reflecting on the role innovation and continuous improvement play in his work.

💬
🔹 “At Arion, innovation and continuous improvement are core to what I do and a key pillar of how we operate.”

🔹 “Continuous improvement shows up in the daily refinements. As a wise leader once told me, you cannot eat the whole elephant in one bite. Progress comes from solving problem after problem and iterating. When you look back, the big improvements are the result of many small ones. I often compare it to the iPhone. Each year brings what seems like a small change, but when you compare today’s phone to one from five years ago, the difference is significant.”

🔹 “My focus is finding ways to make our work more efficient, reduce errors, and remove mundane tasks so our engineers and designers can spend more time on the creative problem-solving they enjoy most."
