I’m looking for someone to join my real estate investing team and help me find run-down looking houses in your area. Specifically in East and Southeast Houston, Channelview, Baytown, South Houston, Clear Lake etc.

The ideal team member should have an interest in Real Estate and spare time to drive their local neighborhoods.

This is a commission only position that requires you to take a picture of properties that meet our criteria. Recently paid commissions have been $950-$2,400 per deal closed.

Examples of houses that you would look for:

Broken or boarded up windows

Tarp on the roof or falling-off gutters

Visually in bad shape

Vacant

Tall grass and/or ignored landscaping

Window unit air-conditioning units

I can give you a specific neighborhood to drive, or you can choose the areas that are easiest for you. I do have an app that will keep track of leads and their status. You will be in the loop on every lead and the progress.
