Congratulations to for finishing up her 6 weeks challenge. She came to me needing a boost in her fitness because the at home plan was not giving her the results she wanted. So we got to work on her plan. She followed her meal plan as best she could and gave max effort to her workouts. -seated slam ball rotations
-plank hold knee to elbow
-squat to press
-slam ball
-ice skaters
-forward lunge with rotation
12 reps each exercise. No rest between exercises. Rest as needed when finished. Repeat 3 to 4 times.
