Today is June 19 2019. Also known as Juneteenth.
Juneteenth, also known as Juneteenth Independence Day or Freedom Day, is an American holiday that commemorates the June 19, 1865, announcement of the abolition of slavery in the U.S. state of Texas, and more generally the emancipation of enslaved African Americans throughout the former Confederate States of America. Its name is a portmanteau of "June" and "nineteenth", the date of its celebration. Juneteenth is recognized as a state holiday or special day of observance in 45 states.
Galveston Texas was the last place to finally learn that Slavery had been abolished a full TWO YEARS AFTER the Emancipation Proclamation had been signed. The colors of the Pan African Flag are a symbol of the Black Skin, Red Blood and Green earth that make up our history, and our future. ✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿.

Here's my list and my progress so far. I was inspired by another Maker. Now I am a planner girl () an Artisan Soap Maker () and a Baker () so my list has a bit of a mix of things I want to get done. I'm starting behind, but a few of these are already on my Hook. I will have to tag my Maker friend as soon as I can find the original post 🤦🏿♀️
I think its official. We had a blast with these. They splash nicely, don't hurt and nothing to clean up, just wash and dry if dirty otherwise just hang to dry and use again. I'm adding these to the shop this week. 8 to a pack I believe. Inbox me if you are ready for some ASAP!

A little something I plan on testing out with my son tomorrow. Its supposed to be a high of 99. Can't wait to see how they work. If they test well, I will add them to the shop. Reusable, mess free, easy to use (no filling tons of latex balloons) just dunk toss repeat.
