Here is an etiquette tip.

When "you" contact a business and inquire about service and make arrangements for those services to be provided for, have some integrity, some couth about yourself and follow through. I own and operate two businesses, and every day is a business day. If I take time out and make an appointment to meet you, please keep the appointment and be on time. If you know that you will not be able to keep the appointment, please call in advance and let it be known that you are not able to make the appointment so that the availability can be offered to someone else who wants the company's service. If you are suppose to make payments or a payment arrangement has been made, by all means, keep the arrangements and if you cannot make the payment, please do not wait until the last minute to renege, be up front and honest about your financial situation so something more budget friendly can be done. Point of the story....time is money. Small business owners have to allocate their time efficiently and have no time to waste on people who play games, who aren't honest, who don't follow through and who don't know how to truly conduct business affairs. Please stop wasting our time.
