As I was standing there at Arlington National Cemetery… it hit different.
Every stone here tells a story.
Every name here mattered to somebody.
A son. A daughter. A husband. A wife. A brother. A sister. A friend.
Today, I came here to visit some of my brothers… friends of mine… men who paid the ultimate sacrifice for this country.
And no matter how much time passes, you never forget them.
You never forget the laughs, the struggles, the memories… or the silence that comes after they’re gone.
Being here reminds me that freedom has never been free.
It was built on sacrifice.
On courage.
On ordinary people willing to do extraordinary things for something bigger than themselves.
But I also think it’s important to remember this:
The greatest way we honor the fallen is not just by mourning them…
It’s by living with purpose because of them.
Love your people harder.
Take care of one another.
Check on your friends.
Stand up for something bigger than yourself.
And never forget those who gave everything so we could have the opportunity to live free.
To all my brothers and sisters we’ve lost…
We remember you.
We carry you with us.
And your sacrifice will never be forgotten.
God bless our fallen.
God bless our veterans and active-duty service members.
And God bless America.
There are people who come into your life…
and then there are people who change it forever.
My brother was one of those people.
He lived this life all the way, through the music, the chaos, the grind, and the moments most people never see. He carried more than his share so others could shine, and because of him, a lot of us are still standing where we are today.
This video is a small piece of his story… but the truth is, his story lives on through all of us.
Through every artist he believed in.
Every dream he pushed forward.
Every life he touched.
And most importantly, through his family…
through his kids, who will carry his name, his spirit, and his legacy forward every single day.
He’ll be missed deeply, by all of us, and especially by those who loved him most…
but he’ll never be forgotten.
Till we meet again. 🖤
