On Saturday I had my first returned product due to unsatisfied with the product in this location.

Just over one year and only 1 return.

(Vapes and carts don't count, since they can be defective and I freely exchange them)

It got me thinking about my returns over the years. Most cbd and v**e shops have a no return policy. I've always had a satisfied customer policy.

In just over 4 years with $1.65 million in sales, we've only returned $2,974.31.
A good part of those returns are employee error. I've accidentally forgotten a discount or charged extra in error. Every employee has done the same. I'd say at least half of our returns are accidental charges instead of returned product.

That's a huge Stat in my book. It really means that we focus on quality over all else.
