Founded by Emmanuel Companys in 2012, CompCO Designs aims to bring residential design to the next level. We notice the lack of effort when designing homes. If you are going to spend the next 30 years paying off your mortgage, maybe your house should help make it affordable?
Take a close look. Do you see the containers? (3) 20’ HC containers are in this design. The goal was to make the home blend with the surrounding homes and style - Victorian. The interior was modeled to be a place to host a get together while enjoying the views of the landscape. The gable roof makes the living and kitchen feel much bigger. Tell us what you think. Shipping containers can be recycled, upcycled as some say, into all sorts of structures. From full homes to patios to simple sheds, shipping containers have many uses. We use them as main structural elements in our builds. Bringing functionality to something that is typically left to rust in city ports.
