When meditating, reciting a mantra is a great way to clear your mind. According to statistics, 31% of men and 36% of women in the US are looking for a way to reduce their stress and 30% find it difficult to relax in the evenings and on the weekdays. 7% of all genders say that they have trouble unwinding even while on vacation!
Here are a couple of great mantras to enhance your meditation. Number one on our list is definitely OM or the AUM mantra it is pronounced OHM and it means it is ‘it will be' or ‘to become’. This is a universal mantra it’s simple and has a specific sound to it and represents the original vibration of the cycle of life birth and death.
‘I am that I am’ mantra refers to the conscious presence of God that is everything and everything that it is the infinite God. In Hebrew, it is pronounced HAM - SAH and by repeating this mantra you acknowledge everything that you are.
And lastly, HAM - PREMA mantra pronounced as AAH - HAM - PREE - MAH and translates to ‘I am divine love ’. This mantra will align you with divine love and the unconditional love that is in you, improve acceptance purity compliance adoration forgiveness affection, and harmony. What is your favorite mantra?
