During this time, Iโ€™m sure weโ€™re all a little on edge and looking for ways to improve our health and wellbeing. One of the most important things right now being our immunity!โ

Iโ€™ve heard several people express concern of food shortages and wanting to ration/restrict food as a result. However, even though certain brands may be limited in the stores, the stores do have food and restaurants are still able to provide delivery/pick-up in most areas. Additionally, food banks are functioning and doing their best to provide for those in need.โ

What I want you to remember is, even during a pandemic, your body still deserves and needs food. A lack of food will only cause medical complications and a decrease in your bodyโ€™s ability to fight off disease. You need all the immunity your body can provide, especially when sickness is going around. Being nourished can help with that.
