Funciones: Manejo del teléfono Recepción de documentos Archivar documentación Tramitación de documentos y vencimientos. Atención de clientes. Coordinar reuniones con el directorio
· Cargo de documentación confidencial
· Coordinación y tickets de viajes de managers, supervisores y otros.

Compensaciones: 1000 de bonos después de 6 meses. Vacaciones pagadas. Días pagados por enfermad o emergencias (presentar docs o recibos) Opciones de seguros de salud, dental y visión (algunos no aplican gratis)

REQUISITOS:

1) Bilingüe (buena ortografía)

2) Estudios de Secretariado, Asistente ejecutivo o carrera afín.

3) Manejo de PC y Office intermedio (tablas dinámicas) con mucha habilidad.

4) Excel intermedio obligatorio.

5) Disponibilidad de Lunes a viernes (9:00 a las 17:00horas, 8hrs diarias. 40hrs a la semana garantizadas.

6) Que haya ejercido como Secretaria de Contabilidad o Gerencia mínimo un año.
