Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up.” — 1 Corinthians 8:1
The Greek word for puffs up (physioō) means to inflate — like something swollen with air.
Knowledge by itself can inflate the ego.
But Paul contrasts this with agapē — a self-giving love that seeks the good of others.
Where pride inflates, love builds.
Truth spoken from pride may win arguments.
Truth spoken with love builds people and reflects the heart of Christ.
Knowledge may puff up.
But love builds the Kingdom.

Some of you still haven’t cut off the people you said you would in 2025.
And for those who did let some people go…
what about the ones you shouldn’t have kept,
but pride won’t let you admit it?
The common denominator isn’t them.
It’s you.
Your mentality.
Unhealed wounds.
The toxic cycles you keep calling “normal.”
Freedom doesn’t begin with changing people.
It begins when you die to self and give your life to Christ.
Break free.
📖 “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow Me.”
— Luke 9:23 (NASB1995)
If this hit home, pause and reflect.
Comment “FREE” if you’re ready to stop repeating cycles.
