Infuse Fit Camp

We offer FREE fun group workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 9am at Freed Community Center on 6818 Shady Villa Lane, Houston, Tx 77055. All fitness levels are welcome, we all have the same goal: to become the best version of ourselves.
