So....6 months ago I was told to watch my cholesterol. I continued taking red yeast rice, eating things like vegan mayo, eating less cheese etc and added lemongrass vitality essential oil in a capsule. 3 drops every day. (Read up on it) And BOOM! Here are my results. The bruise on my arm isn’t even gone yet! 😃 Love the versatility of oils! It’s even good on my dryer balls!

So a funny thing happened yesterday. I am getting a head start on a Sulfurzyme (Red Drink) challenge. I took my Yeti full to work. Mark wanted something to drink so he grabbed my Yeti (thinking it was water). Uhhhh. Guess what? He likes it! 😂🤣😂🤣
