What I learned from this week.
1. Trust your intuition, not your fears, your INTUITION.
2. Birthdays are to be celebrated. This might sound clichè, but when the significant people who have always celebrated with you have passed on, I find that I no longer want to celebrate. Celebrate anyway, even if it is only with one gesture. Do not fake happiness to placate others. Celebrate however you can authentically celebrate.
3. Indecision can be crippling. Decide, go ahead. We can always adjust.
4. When someone makes a mistake that affects you, move into your own space and correct what you can. Own whatever part you have and set yourself free. No judgement allowed. Course correct.
5. Continue to move toward your true North. Regardless of what happens around you, you always will be more peaceful when you honor your truth.
6. Response not reaction.
7.Fruit and veggies over oreos.
