The Common Sense Approach to Leadership

This site is specifically designed for individuals who aspire to be employed in Leadership/Management positions, in either a profit or non-profit organization. It is also helpful for people who have been recently promoted to this type of position and have not had any training or previous experience in management or Leadership roles. Through lecture and discussion we will explore many of the key responsibilities that Leaders/Managers are expected to assume and excel at to be effective.
