Heads up! Texas Division of Emergency Management is coordinating a drill of our public warning systems on April 2nd. Drills and training exercises are a critical part of overall community preparedness for the public as well as the agencies providing services.

The Shenandoah Police Department - TX and Conroe ISD Police Department invite you to the 2026 Montgomery County Safety Expo on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Woodforest Bank Stadium (19115 David Memorial Blvd, Shenandoah, TX 77385).

This free, family-friendly event offers a unique opportunity to meet local first responders, learn about their work, and see them in action. Enjoy K9, drone, and Jaws of Life demonstrations, plus free food, drinks, music, and more!

Come out and experience a day of safety, education, and community fun—everyone is welcome! Montgomery County Search and Rescue will be one of many departments here at this event.
