(PANACHEM) was established in 1993 as a marketing company specializing in the sale and distribution of industrial chemicals to Latin America. The Company's initial business objective was to develop additional chemical marketing capacity to serve the rapidly expanding Latin-American industrial base.

Golf Tournament
The CenterPoint Energy UH Alumni Association sponsored their 22nd Annual Cougar Classic Golf Tournament. The proceeds from this event benefited The University of Houston. To date, their funding for annual scholarships and other UH programs has exceeded $250,000. The Panachem's team had a relevant participation in this event.
