Sozo Sushi Tasting Day!

We would like to introduce the 'Sozo Tasting Day'! This monthly special event allows us to introduce the varieties of Japanese food to you, our dear guests. You will be served with 17 delicious treats during the event. We want to hear which one you love the most!

The first event will take place on Sunday, October 27, 2019. To participate, you need to purchase a voucher ($25 per person) and reserve a specific time.

A native of Shikoku, Japan, Chef Shimao Ishikawa brings 40+ years of Edomae sushi expertise to SOZO. Apprenticing at the age of 18, he honed his skills in Osaka and Tokyo before venturing to New York City in the early 80’s. Chef Ishikawa then traveled and served memorable meals in various luxury resorts from the El Conquistador in Puerto Rico to the Wynn in Las Vegas. Join us for the Omakase experience at SOZO!
