Stuck in a mindset that doesn’t serve you? Consider shifting your mindset from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset by rephrasing negative action words into positive action words. This will allow your unconscious mind to start coming up with better quality answers to the questions of your conscious mind. This will ultimately provide you with better THINKING/THOUGHTS that lead to better EMOTIONS/FEELINGS that lead to a change in BEHAVIOR/ACTIONS which will shift your mindset into one that better serves your goals, dreams and desires instead of one that hold you back.
If you are currently in a rough situation such as a break up, job loss or maybe your health isn’t where you’d like it to be, you must first self reflect on the situation before moving forward. Was it something you could of prevented? If so, then look at what you could of done that would of prevented the negative situation, learn from it and move forward. Don’t dwell and stay stuck on trying to fix the situation that is out of your control anyway. It would be like trying to swim against a current in a river where no matter how hard or fast you swim all that is gonna happen is exhaustion with no progress when all you had to do is move toward the bank to get out. If you could not have prevented it then get your thoughts, emotions and mindset congruent with reality of it being out of your control and then choose what you need to do now to get where you want to be.
Regardless of what area you are trying to improve, your mindset on how you act, react, habits you create in your relationships, career or fitness goals will determine your success. www.mattzientek.com

When your thoughts become negative, your emotions and habits will also eventually become negative which in turn will create more habits that don’t serve you. If you want to transform an area of your life you must be in control of what you put into your mind daily. Choose the thinking that moves you closer to the success you desire and conquer the thoughts that don’t. www.mattzientek.com

If you are struggling in an area such as your Career, Relationship or Health and don’t know what to do or where to start, look at the area where you are having the challenge and ask yourself what part of that area are you struggling with most. If it’s your relationship maybe there’s no intimacy or maybe it’s your career and you don’t make enough money or not happy. Just be specific as possible. Then think about what small steps you would need to take in order to move toward what you want and take some sort of action in that direction. It’s only then will you see any progress. Once that progress slows down or stops then reevaluate your progress to that point and plan what steps you need to take in order to move further toward your plan. If you need help get it, if you need wisdom then find it or if you need motivation then seek it.
