Stress is a real part of life.

During the day, I love going to the beach, sitting by the water and feeling it wash over me, taking away my woes.

At night, when I’m trying to sleep and my woes try to keep me up, I put on a sleep patch. It’s natural and I sleep and feel rested.

I want to say a whole bunch about all the things going on but it just feels … all I can say is my immediate family is well, my extended ‘ohana is hurting. My heart breaks for the loss of businesses, homes and lives our island is experiencing.

I am also hopeful because we are strong, connected and many are finding their faith again. It’s beautiful to see the people come together to pray and support each other in any way we can.
