Houston Urban Line Dancing

choreography begins again. There are literally hundreds of urban line dances ranging from super simple to complex. Extremely popular in northern cities, (Cleveland, Detroit, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Chicago) former Clevelander Vicky Dumah has brought Urban Line Dancing to Houston. Urban Line Dancing exercises both the body and the mind in a fun and exciting way. The program’s goal is to encourage healthier lifestyles by exercising through dancing and to promote the art of line dancing. My classes begins with a warm up dance, which is usually a review of the previous week’s dances. Then participants will learn one to two new dances through step-by-step instruction. Dances will be reviewed, followed by a period for requested dances. The benefits of Urban Line Dancing include:
