Discover natural remedies that can make that itch subside!
Mosquitoes Still Bite!
It's warm enough to get an occasional mosquito bite, especially at home at night (who knows how the pesky insects get inside when there's a net on every window). The itch can be excruciating, not to mention the swelling, so here are a few simple natural remedies that can help with mosquito bites. Rub a fresh peppermint or parsley leaf onto the bite to reduce the swelling and relieve the itch. Baking soda paste is very effective as well. And the easiest remedy is a simple teaspoon! Just warm it up in hot water, press to the bite very tightly, and hold for several minutes.

Your fingers get pruney for a reason.
This is what happens when you stay in the bath for too long.
You know the disgusting sight we're talking about, right? There is a hypothesis that states that, when you are, say, taking a bath, your body registers the water around and understands that all surfaces you might use to move around can be slippery in this moist environment. Then, it gives the skin of your hands and feet the unappetizing wrinkles with the sole practical purpose of improving your grip.

Counting steps.
How far I'll go? {Not only Moana wonders about that}.
Many people are now counting their steps to get more movement into their day. But not many have ever tried to count how far they will go if, say, they were covering a distance, not just pacing the floor. Let's do the quick math together: on average, a moderately active person takes about 7,500 steps every day. If we multiply that by, say, an 80-year-long lifespan, we'll get a distance of 216,262,500 steps covered. Considering that an average step is about one foot long, an average moderately active person will walk a distance of 110,000 miles in a lifetime – a round-the-world walk made five times! Can you imagine?

The groove that won't stop.
This will never let you forget your "Me and Mom" time!
Philtrum, the groove that runs from the middle of your upper lip to your nose, is a keepsake that will forever remind of the special time when you and your mother were a single whole. Two sides of your face were disconnected at first and then they grow and develop to meet in the middle, forming this tiny indent. In one out of every 750 births, the sides of the face fail to merge in the proper way, and the result of this is a cleft palate.
