Device-specific surge protection can be important if you are protecting something far away from the electrical panel, is downstream from a transformer, or is exposed to weather and damage. There are versions for single- and three-phase, 120/240V versus 277/480V, or really any device you can think of, so let us help choose the right device for you and get it installed before the next big surge has a chance to hit!

Surge protection is especially important in the Houston area, as our grid remains unstable and storms cause damage to power lines and transformers. Even a relatively small Surge Protection Device (SPD) can keep your appliances and devices safe, from phones and computers to microwaves, ovens, washers, and dryers. Let us help you choose the right device for your situation and get it installed before the next surge hits!

It should go without saying, but water does not belong in electrical conduit, or any electrical device or enclosure, so when we receive videos like this it is time to investigate. Turns out a seal failed on a rooftop GFCI receptacle, and rainwater was building up so much it back-flowed into the conduit, and ended up in the office downstairs.
We got everything sealed up and replaced, and we can do the same for you!

All circuits that run underground need to be buried completely and properly for both the health of the circuit and the health of the people who may dig in that area in the future. Whether you use conduit and wires or direct-burial cable, it needs to be buried at a certain depth and red "Buried Electrical Line" tape placed over it to clue in any future excavators that there is a dangerous line present. Choosing safety now is also safety for the future!
