During the 6 weeks there will be several nutrition and fitness goals we will hold you accountable to complete including:
1. Completing at least 4 scheduled workouts.
2. Walking at least 7,000 steps per day (not including exercise steps).
3. Consuming 6 servings of produce (with at least 4 coming from vegetables).
4. Drinking at least 3 liters of water each day.
5. Having protein at every meal.
6. Staying consistent Monday through Sunday each week.
To help you along the 6 weeks our Nutritionist will provide you with:
● 30-minute nutrition consultation to build a personalized 7-day meal plan to help you hit your targeted calories, protein, produce, fat, and carbohydrates.
● Tips for staying consistent with daily steps, exercise, water, meal plan, and other lifestyle changes like sleep and stress management.
● Weekly 15-minute phone call accountability and daily texting access for questions/concerns.
● Starting and ending DEXA to measure baseline composition and changes over the 6-weeks.
● Starting RMR to understand your caloric needs to reach your individual goals.

Do you think your body only burns calories during a workout?
