are all the rage right now and as we are both gluten free, we hadn't been able to try out this special type of pasta. But, for Christmas we were given these delicious potato gnocchi "pasta" and we knew we had to try them out asap. With our Fody Spaghetti sauce we cooked up this delicious & extremely simple dinner. Per serving this potatognocchi is 100% Low FODMAP! Let yourself enjoy the pasta using the recipe below! *Emoji* Ingredients: 1 package of potato gnocchi, Water, Salt (to taste), 1/3 cup Fody Spaghetti Sauce, 1/4 cup dairy-free cheese for topping. Steps: 1. Boil water in small pot. 2. Add potato gnocchi, cook for two minutes or until the gnocchi floats to the top of the water. 3. Drain gnocchi. 4. Add pasta sauce & cheese. 5. Enjoy!
