Agape Development

Today is an exciting day because it’s Alaysia’s birthday! Alaysia joined the Agape Team in September 2023 and has filled many roles since then!

She currently serves as a Teen Ministry Program Assistant, but she brings so many talents and skills to the table! From supporting our fundraising events to creating amazing reels and social media content, Alaysia has done so much for the Agape Family!

It is truly a joy to know her and to see the ways she invests in the lives of our teens, always willing to go the extra mile and show up with encouragement and care!

In her free time, Alaysia loves to dance and try new resturaunts!

Help us wish Christian a wonderful birthday today! Christian joined the Agape Team last October and currently serves as one of our incredible Backyard Bible Club Teachers!

He brings a calm presence and wisdom to the team and to our BBC students! Some of you may even remember him dressing up as Santa last Christmas! 🎅

Outside of work, Christian is also an active part of our Young Adult Ministry. Fun fact: He actually led a Bible Study at a Young Adult Night last year! We are so proud of the growth and leadership he continues to show!

Another fun fact about Christian is that he was in his high school band! In his free time, he enjoys drawing, listening to music, and going on walks!

On Thursday, we hosted our Spring Breakfast Gathering, celebrating 21 years of being rooted in faith, love, and community in OST/South Union. So far, we have raised $578,024.94! This would not have been possible without the support of our event chairs, Elise & Evans Swann and Lori & Chip Johnson, our table sponsors, and our generous donors. Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, and donated - your contributions were crucial to making this event such a success!

Three words that changed everything. On this Good Friday, we remember the depth of love shown through Christ's sacrifice. We celebrate the promises that were fulfilled on the cross. What looked like an ending was actually the beginning of hope, grace, and redemption for us all.
