Here's something I tell almost every client in her first session.

You don't need to figure out your whole next chapter before you're allowed to take a step.

Most women stay stuck because they're waiting for certainty before they'll move. But certainty isn't something you find first. It's something you build by moving.

Try this instead of waiting for clarity: pick one small decision you've been avoiding this week. Not the big scary one. A small one. Make it based on who you're becoming, not who you've always been.

Notice how it feels to trust yourself in something small. That's the muscle everything else gets built on.
