ACCA has put out an article on the U.S. Supreme Court vacating the D.C. Circuit ruling that upheld the Biden-era furnace rule and reopened the door to furnace efficiency standards that account for how gas furnace systems get installed in American homes and provide affordable and more flexible solutions. I believe government requirements for efficiency including associated code changes are one of the factors making homes much more expensive among other concern. This will provide more flexibility for builders especially in climates like ours.

SECO Is Taking Input On HOMES And HEAR Rebate Programs
The State Energy Conservation Office (SECO) is taking input on the design of the Home Efficiency Rebates (HOMES) and Home Electrification and Appliances Rebate (HEAR) programs.
