No matter how fun Halloween—or any other mainstream holiday, including the commercial versions of Easter and Christmas—may seem, never get pulled into celebrating occasions that glorify fun over faith or encourage spiritually dangerous behavior. Instead, always give every question, every interest, and every desire to God Alone, in Jesus’ Mighty Name. Let The Holy Spirit fill and re-fill you daily as you seek His will. Whether He leads you not to celebrate at all, or to rise up and host a “Hallelujah Night” or another Faith-Based event, do it to honor Him Alone. Be a blessing to others, and become The strong and uniquely set-apart Child of God He created you to be—led by Him Alone, not the world.
