A salad a day keeps the doctor 👩🏽⚕️ away. Salads are NOT simply a way to “eat less.” In contrast, it’s a way to eat MORE nutrients.
In a society of high calorie, low nutrients. Adopt the ol’ adage “Less is more.” You don’t have to fill your stomach in order to nourish your body.
Salad making tip: Toss your salad with dark leafy greens, healthy fats, colorful veggies and healthy carbs. Oh and no ranch or dressings with added sugars. Keep it clean 🥗 ✌🏽 and if all else fails, stop by their salads are 💯
