Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers as needed
• Maintain composure in escalated situations
• Operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Handle multiple responsibilities at one time System Requirements

This opportunity requires that you have the following equipment in order to perform the job:

• Windows PC Required, MAC and All-in-One not allowed
• Windows 10
• 4GB of RAM on your PC
• High speed wired Ethernet connection, WiFi is not allowed

• Must not reside in one of the following states California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin

• Private work at home environment free from interruption and distraction
• Minimum one-year previous customer service/sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to speak English clearly and audibly required

Providing contact center services from home

· Supporting some of the largest companies in the world

· Documenting all issues, resolution and follow up actions

· Learning about products and services to accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact
