Cabaud Wines

Well, that is what we have done. We have captured the intense sun and cool Pacific breezes of Napa Valley. The subtle hints of eucalyptus trees mixed with rosemary and moss. The solid volcanic rock gently nourishing ripe fruit. Everyday I look out my window as the sun rises above the mountains. I watch the hot air balloons float above the valley floor.
